Tile artwork using Eugene Grasset sketchProject - To redraw by hand using computer graphics, an original sketch for tiles by Eugene Grasset. The scan, (left), was redrawn, using Coreldraw, for export to Adobe Illustrator. The objective was to recreate the original design for 2 repeating tiles plus a border tile, refine the repeat and make fully repeating tiles. |

1900 Arts & Crafts posterProject - To redraw by hand using computer graphics, an original Arts & Crafts poster from 1900 by Will Bradley. The scan, (left), was redrawn, using Coreldraw, for export to Adobe Illustrator. The objective was to recreate the original design but revitalise faded colours. It would then be possible to make a new edition poster which is more faithful to how Bradley perceived it at the time of creation. |
